Just Added - 2019 New Leaders Guide (See Below)
The Registration Forms are for entire units to register as a group by mail, with checks and rosters. (Please no single family registrations - contact your unit leader.) Registration forms and rosters may also be turned in at the front desk of the Scout Office during office hours (make sure to get a receipt, don't just drop off). You may also give them to Greg V. at Roundtables leading up to Camporee.
Late registration is possible the week leading up to camp, as well as the day of camp, but bring all required docs to Camporee HQ for check-in (near Snackoree). Keep in mind that campsite space is allocated by early and on-time registration numbers.
ALL Units must submit a Patrol Roster to help allocate camp areas and plan game layouts. Troops also MUST include the Patrol Classification form for scoring.
Online registration through DoubleKnot Is Open=>Click Here
Rosters and Patrol Classifications will need to be sent in by mail or email.
Again, only register as a group, not as a single family, please.

CANCELLATIONS: Camporee proceeds "rain or shine," within safety guidelines. If Balboa Oaks cancels the event due to an extreme weather or other emergency - fire, flood, lightening storms, etc. - we will either reschedule the event, send people to another Camporee in the Council, if available, or refund to the Unit a partial amount to be determined by Council, as some costs are not refundable to us.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds to individual scout families unless there is some documented medical or family emergency. No-shows will not be refunded.
Current BSA Health Forms
ALL participants (Adults, Scouts, Sibling, Aunts, Uncles, Babies, etc.) at this event MUST have a BSA Health Form Parts A & B on file with our Medical Officer. These must be bundled in an envelope with the Unit # and Leader Contact info on the outside, and handed to leaders at HQ to receive wrist bands and other materials.
